At MaxConv, we value your privacy and your rights to control your personal data.
According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored on our servers.
If you have registered an account with us or used a social media provider (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) to log in, you may follow the instructions below to delete your data.
Manual Data Deletion Request
If you are unable to log in or wish to ensure all associated data is removed manually by our support team, please contact us.
1. Send an email to: support@maxconv.com
2. Use the Subject Line: "Data Deletion Request".
3. Please include your registered email address or username for verification.
For Facebook Users:
1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy.
3. Click on Settings.
4. Scroll down until you see the "Apps and Websites" section (usually under "Permissions").
5. Find MaxConv in the list of active apps and websites.
6. Click on the "Remove" button next to the app name.
7. A confirmation box will appear. You may select the option to "Delete posts, videos or events MaxConv posted on your timeline" if applicable.
8. Click "Remove" again to confirm.
For Google Users:
1. Go to your Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com).
2. Click on the "Security" tab.
3. Scroll to "Third-party apps with account access".
4. Select MaxConv and click "Remove Access".
What data will be deleted?
Upon your request, we will delete the following data:
- Your account profile information (Name, Email, Phone Number).
- Your social media authentication tokens.
- Your user-generated content and preferences.
Data Retention
Please note that some data may be retained for a short period in our backup systems or as required by law for fraud prevention and accounting purposes.
Once the deletion process is complete, it is irreversible, and you will no longer be able to access your account.
