Trouble Shooting

If you didn't see conversions in MaxConv while have it in affiliate network side, please go to the Errors Pages in MaxConv page, change the time range to "Last 7 Days", and see if there is any message there.

The most common reason for failed conversion tracking is not correctly passing MaxConv click id to affiliate network, check your errors log, if you see ?clid=& in "URL" column, then it means MaxConv haven't received correct Click ID. Make sure you have send click id to affiliate network, and use the corresponding placeholder in s2s postback URL.
