Trouble Shooting

If you didn't see conversions in MaxConv while you have them on the affiliate network side, please go to the Errors Pages in MaxConv, change the time range to "Last 7 Days", and see if there are any messages there.

The most common reason for failed conversion tracking is not correctly passing the MaxConv click ID to the affiliate network. Check your errors log; if you see ?clid=& in the "URL" column, it means MaxConv has not received the correct Click ID. Make sure you have sent the click ID to the affiliate network and used the corresponding placeholder in the S2S postback URL.
