Multi-User

Multi-User feature provides the ability to invite other users, so the account owner can collaborate with them.

Team subscription is required to enable this feature. Otherwise, you will not be able to invite users.

User Roles

There are three different roles in MaxConv:

  • Owner. The user who registered the account with MaxConv.

  • Manager. Users who are invited by the owner. They have limited access to elements and settings.

  • Worker. Users who are invited by the owner or manager. They have limited access to elements and settings.

Inviting User

To invite users to your MaxConv account, follow these steps.

  1. Click the Team button on the top-right corner of screen.

  2. Click the Users tab to switch to user page.

  3. Click the green Add User button to open the user editor modal.

  4. Provide first name of user.

  5. Provide last name of user.

  6. Provide user's email address, which is used for sign in.

  7. Choose user role, manager or worker.

  8. Assign workspace to this user.

  9. Click Save to invite user.

After submitting the form, MaxConv will display the user's details. You can just copy and send them to the user.

An email with all details will also be sent to the user's email address.

MaxConv provides a unique signin link for every team. You can edit your team alias to customize this link.
